In our foundation classes your child will learn all basic fundamentals of floor based gymnastics alongside improving body control, strength, agility and fitness levels.

Classes are delivered by NRG (National Recreational Gymnastics) qualified coaches and alongside a fun and immersive class will work towards skill checker progression cards to monitor and celebrate all of the wins (no matter how small or big).

Our classes also include equipment, stations, drills and of course positive constructive corrections and feedback to support your child in theor growth through our foundational level.
