The Cheer London Allstarz coaches and staff are committed to conducting its activities in the safest manner possible. We hold the safety of the participants/team members in the highest possible regard. Parents must recognise however that there is an inherent risk of injury when choosing to participate in recreational activities including the sport of Cheerleading/Tumbling. Please thoroughly read, acknowledge and sign the below to accept your place within our classes for the 2023/24 season with the Cheer London Allstarz. 

CLA Club teams and classes will be required to sign an additional waiver prior to classes with us (this excludes schools program teams and classes KS1 & KS2) 

1.Cheer London Allstarz class/team members (Your child) will participate in vigorous athletic activity during their team training sessions with us. This includes jumps, stunts, tosses/release moves, tumbling and dance alongside additional strength and weight baring activities linked with the sport.Whilst every precaution is taken to avoid accidents and injury. All Cheer London Allstarz staff and coaches are fully qualified to deliver “Cheer” as a sport, due to the nature of the sport/activity the possibility of injuries and accidents does unfortunately exist. I hereby release and absolve Cheer London Allstarz its coaches, junior coaches, staff and employees and from all liability and responsibility for injuries, sickness, accidents, loss of money and property that may be sustained whilst participating at the Cheer London Allstarz training, events and competitions (except for personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence).

2.Safe Coaching at the Cheer London Allstarz. I understand and agree with the safe coaching approach within a cheer training session. Hands on elements of spotting maybe required at times for tumble progressions, safety in stunts or demonstrating grips. All of our staff are safeguarding certified alongside DBS checked.

3.Any changes in medical conditions are to be updated as soon as possible with the Cheer London Allstarz. 

4.Class fees must be paid in full prior to attending classes with the Cheer London Allstarz. The Cheer London Allstarz have the right to remove any class members who have not paid for the classes attended. Class participants will be notified by email and a courtesy call and the school will also be informed if part of our schools classes.

5. The Cheer London Allstarz will ensure to make up any missed/postponed sessions and offer an alternative to this session.

Refunds will only be issued if a class cannot be moved to a future date or if a class can not be re-scheduled. A 5% classforkids fee is non refundable on all requested refunds.

6.I understand Cheerleading is a team sport and will inform the Cheer London Allstarz within the time frame stated if my child cannot attend scheduled events/shows/competitions.Failure to do so may result in exclusion from our teams and classes. We rely on parents consideration of the nature of our sport and to agree to clear communication whilst part of our teams and classes.

7.CLA Club member fees charged are divided over a 37 week season with a regular monthly payment split equally over 11 months. If you decide to cancel a class or your whole subscription we will require 1 months notice from the payment date. i.e if you wish to cancel from March you would need to let us know by 1st February. 8.*CLA Club Teams (Competition Teams only)* By accepting the terms and conditions you accept and understand your child’s name (first name only) may be used in team information groups, ticket lists and team updates within the closed WhatsApp Group and within Team only emails. This will be used only for CLA parent to CLA staff communication and all data and personal information kept safe under GDPR compliance and not passed on to a third party.

9.GDPR Statement. By consenting to this privacy notice you are giving permission for CLA to process your personal data specifically for the registration purposes and to allow for clear communication between CLA Staff and the parents/carers of all children taking part in our classes. Your data will be stored safe in compliance with GDPR and will not be passed on to a third party.
