Our Adults/Masters Team is the perfect place for adults who want to learn something new, improve their fitness, build confidence and become part of an incredible community of supportive women.

Whether you're stepping onto a cheer floor for the very first time or returning to the sport after years away, you'll feel right at home.

Our team welcomes participants of all abilities, with experience ranging from complete beginners through to Elite Levels 2 & 3.

Training each week includes stunts, jumps, tumbling, dance, motions and performance, with coaching tailored to help every participant progress at their own pace in a fun, encouraging and inclusive environment.

Throughout the season, you'll work towards two exciting Cheer London Allstarz showcase performances, alongside the opportunity to compete at National Cheer Competitions for those who wish to take that next step.

Competition is completely optional, making this the perfect team whether your goal is to perform, improve your skills, get fitter or simply enjoy being part of an amazing team.
