Launching Monday 5th October

We’re excited to be launching our brand-new after-school Gymnastics Club at Bexley Grammar School, delivered by the experienced coaching team at Cheer London Allstarz.

Our weekly Gymnastics Club is designed to help students develop their gymnastics, tumbling and floor skills in a fun, positive and encouraging environment.

Sessions will focus on developing:
✨ Flexibility, strength and conditioning
✨ Gymnastics shapes and technique
✨ Rolls, handstands and cartwheels
✨ Bridges and walkover progressions
✨ Tumbling skills and combinations
✨ Jumps, leaps and floor skills
✨ Confidence, coordination and body control

ALL ABILITIES WELCOME
Whether your child is completely new to gymnastics or already has experience, our coaches will work with them at their current ability level, helping them progress safely and confidently.

Students will be grouped and challenged appropriately, with a strong focus on correct technique, safe progression and celebrating individual improvement.

WHAT TO WEAR
Students should attend in comfortable, fitted sportswear suitable for gymnastics and tumbling. Leggings, shorts and a fitted T-shirt or sports top are ideal.

Long hair should be securely tied back and all jewellery must be removed before the session.
